Sodium Citrate Dihydrate is a kind of white or colorless crystal with a chemical formula of C6H5Na3O7·2H2O. It is odorless, cool, salty, and spicy. It will decompose if overheating, deliquescence in a humid environment, and weathering in hot air. It loses crystal water when heated to 150℃. It is easily soluble in water, soluble in glycerin, and hardly soluble in alcohols and other organic solvents.
